Do you have electrical supply to the development?

Yes we are one of the last developments that have electrical supply agreements with the Tshwane Council.

 

How reliable is your supply of electricity?

The development is on the same supply line as Nissan our Neighbours and therefore share in the agreement that Nissan has with council for minimum disruptions

 

Were you involved in any other similar developments?

Yes we formed part of the development, sales and operational team of the Rosslyn Supplier Park and The Nelson Mandela Bay Logistics Park

 

Why do you only have a 50% site coverage?

Based on building design and space required for parking and yard area it is an optimal ratio. The design will also assist in obtaining ISO14001 accreditation.

 

What business opportunities exists for investors

Currently a large market exist for vehicle distribution and we have already designed a space for such a venture.

 

What type of industries can investors target?

Mostly automotive followed by mining, engineering and food processing industries.

 

Can we build immediately, even though the park is not completed?

Yes we can structure a contractual agreement to assist companies urgently requiring space.

 

How can we protect our investment from low cost developers buying in the park?

Buildings need to be approved by an appointed architect to ensure quality of design and construction.

 

When will transfer occur and when can we occupy?

We are currently busy with construction and infrastructure should be completed towards the end of 2008. First occupants could be onsite early 2009.
